Teardrops Two, Milton Keynes

Teardrops Two is a pretty, tree-lined pond with features aplenty.

There is a decent head of carp in the lake, to over 30lb.

The lake funnels into a narrower section with dense overhanging trees that the carp frequent, particularly when it’s warm.

Margins,  small traps, stalking and surface fishing can throw up a bonus fish

- James Armstrong

Teardrops lake 2 is a more prolific water with more fish to go at on the complex.

There are some good sized fish to go for including a common which goes between 28 to low 30 depending on time of year.

The average size is mid to upper double.

Tactics are similar to lake 1 – margins, small traps, stalking and surface fishing can throw up a bonus fish or two.

Jimmy began his angling on the river Ouse with his father fishing for roach. His passion grew quickly and soon developed a love for big-fish across the globe!
